Well, Jaden's nose is almost healed. His nose had an unfortunate "run in" with the teeth of a cute little girl in his nursery class. (I'm going with the theory that she was leaning in to kiss his cheek!) Ethan, my forever smart alec boy, wanted to know why she bit him and asked "is she a vampire?" (Sorry, um... little-girl's-mommy-who-will remain-nameless-who-reads-my-blog!! Feel free to smack the back of his head on Sunday!)
Tonight's funny comes from who else, but Jakey! He was using the downstairs half bath and he couldn't get out. Sometimes the door sticks and so he started yelling for help "I'm in the downstairs bathroom and I can't open the door, help me!!" Bryan was already walking down the hall (from right to left) and he didn't even pause in his walking as he opened the door. Out pops Jake and he looks to the right to say "thanks dad!" and no one is there! So he looks left and Bryan has already disappeared around the corner of the living room. He KNOWS it was his dad that opened the door, but he couldn't see him so he yelled out "thanks Papa Ghost!" as he headed back to the kitchen.

Yikes! I am so sorry for his little nose! You may have noticed, she didn't go to nursery this past week... I felt that we needed to protect your son from our Vampire. heehee! I don't know WHAT we are going to do about her teeth. For now, let's stick with the kiss theory!
Hey you! I'm so glad to know you're not laying in a ditch somewhere...you really need to call me sometime! It is funny how some kids seem to be prone to biting, and others to being bitten. I remember a stretch when Cam and Alex were toddlers; somehow, Alex kept managing to bite Cam right in the middle of his back! What I still can't figure out is why on earth Cam held still long enough for Alex to do it! Go figure!!!
